This policy explains what information Quality Lawn Care & Landscaping (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

You can browse this site and use our lawn measuring tool without giving us any personal details or creating an account. If you ask us to price your lawn or follow up, the request form asks for your name, how you’d like us to follow up (call, text or email), the property address or nearest cross streets, and the type of property and location. We ask for a phone number only if you choose a call or text, and an email address only if you choose email; otherwise both are optional. You can also tell us the services you’re interested in, how often you’d like service and any notes. If you used the lawn measuring tool, your request also includes the lawn outline, the estimated square footage and your answers about terrain, access and lawn condition. We use this only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and provide the services you ask for.

Lawn measuring tool (Google Maps)

Our lawn measuring tool uses Google Maps Platform. It loads only when you start using it. The text you type into the address box and the map areas you view are sent to Google to provide address suggestions and satellite imagery, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Maps terms apply to that use. You don’t need to give us contact details to use the tool or see your measurement. The address, outlines and answers you enter are saved only in your browser’s storage for this tab (so your work isn’t lost if you visit another page), and they disappear when you close the tab. We receive them only if you choose to send us a request; otherwise we never see them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to say which service we use and how to opt out.

How we share information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website or receive form submissions on our behalf, and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer contact details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you’ve given us by calling 423-475-1731.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new date.
